4. Google Business Profile Data

If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, OneMenu requests the Google account permission described as “Manage your Business Profile listings” (the business.manage scope). This connection is entirely optional and every other feature of OneMenu works without it.

We use this access for two purposes only:

  • To retrieve the list of business locations you manage, so you can choose which listing a venue should be linked to
  • To publish the food menu content you have created in OneMenu to that listing

OneMenu does not read, modify or delete your reviews, posts, photos, opening hours, messages or any other part of your Google Business Profile.

We store the access and refresh tokens Google issues, together with the identifier of the location you selected. Tokens are stored solely to maintain the connection on your behalf and are never shared with third parties or used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to publishing your menu.

You can disconnect your Google account from OneMenu at any time from the Google Business page inside the app. Disconnecting immediately revokes our stored tokens. You may also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

OneMenu's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
